We are opening Pre-orders to clients in a new format for highly anticipated releases such as for the Pokémon 30th Celebration products in this newsletter.
Please note – we are trying to gauge interest from clients without opening Pre-orders on our site.
If you are interested in these products please send an email to “sales@grinning-gargoyle.co.za” indicating which product(s), their SKU and the quantity of each product (Max. of 2 per product) you are interested in to be added to the Pre-Order list. There is an example below of what the order email could look like.
We will finalize this list on Wednesday, 29 July 2026 at 17:00. Any order received after this date and time will not be considered.
Important Terms & Conditions:
1.) This offer is only open to residents of South Africa.
2. ) Orders will be subject to allocations and will initially be limited to TWO of each product type per customer and on a first-come-first-served basis.
Unless we confirm your allocation and have invoiced you, your email order does not guarantee that you will receive the products, your email order only expresses an interest in said products.
3.) Shipping will only be via The Courier Guy and may also have an additional fee applied for parcel insurance.
5.) Any allocations by our supplier will be confirmed by 11 August 2026.
4.) Clients will be invoiced directly for pre-orders after allocations have been confirmed. Failure to pay for the invoice within 5 days of its issuing may result in the cancellation of the order and the stock being allocated to another client.
5.) Grinning Gargoyle Gaming reserves the right to Adjust or add Additional Terms & Conditions at any time.
