PRE-ORDER POLICY

A pre-order deposit of 50% of the estimated retail price will be asked at check out to book your pre-order, with the balance being invoiced manually once final pricing comes in when it arrives in stock.

The estimated retail price is equivalent to the MSRP of the pre-order product.  Pre-order shipping fee will also be applied at checkout. Balance to be paid before items are shipped to customers. Total deposit will be applied to balance invoice (Including the shipping amount), and shipping will then be allocated again.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you proceed to place a Pre-Order with us, we take that to mean that you understand and accept the terms of the Pre-Order as stated in this section.

Estimated waiting time for pre-orders to come into stock varies per product*.

*Our suppliers use pre-orders to gauge interest in certain product lines, but as they have their own ordering schedules to make shipping as cost effective as possible, this will sometimes lead to products only being procured from the wholesale distributors months after pre-orders close when they have enough to ship in bulk. This can lead to longer wait times on some pre-orders.

A pre-order deposit can only be cancelled and/or refunded in the following circumstances:

1.) The publisher cancels all pre-orders for a product; an event which, though unlikely, may happen due to circumstances outside of our control.

2.) A pre-order may also be cancelled if an email request is made before the final closing date for the pre-order, though any finance fees on such transactions will be for the client’s account and will be deducted from the refundable balance.

3.) In some exceptional cases, where pre-orders take longer than a year to arrive in South African, we may be able to cancel pre-orders, but this is solely the purview of our suppliers who have the final say.

Termination of pre-orders:

Should the balance on a pre-order not be honoured and paid within 20 business days from the date of the balance payable invoice, then the deposit shall be forfeited, and the product shall not be dispatched to the reneging client. The pre-ordered product may also be sold to recoup the cost of said product.

SPECIAL TERMS SPECIFICALLY FOR PRE-ORDERS OF TRADING CARD GAMES

Because of the popularity of some TCG brands like Magic and Pokémon there may not be enough international supply to meet demand locally to its fullest. As such, we may be allocated limited stock and may therefore not be able to fulfil all pre-orders fully but rather only partially or perhaps not at all.

Under the circumstances above, we will endeavour to fulfil orders in as fair a manner as possible. This may mean allocating less stock on some orders to help get product into more customers hands. Any difference between quantity ordered and what is actually supplied to clients will be refunded for the difference.

Pre-Order Maximum Quantities

Some Pre-Orders may state a maximum quantity allowed per customer. By placing an order it is assumed that you have read that there may be a maximum quantity applicable.

In the event that you place an order for a higher than permitted quantity, your order will be adjusted and the difference in the amount less ALL costs applicable will be refunded if necessary.
