SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The Santa Sale Promotion (henceforth known as the Promotion) will run from 5:00, 1 December 2023 to 23:59 31 December 2023.
- A minimum purchase of R500.00 must be made. There is also a minimum product value of R200.00.
- The Promotional discount is 10% on items store-wide with the exclusions listed below:
- Products that are currently already discounted or On Sale
- Back-Orders, Pre-Orders and First Time/New releases.
- Grinning Gargoyle Gaming reserves the right to amend, alter or cancel orders made during the Promotion. i.e. where an error is made, whether intentional or not, an order may need to be changed or cancelled.
- Our standing Terms & Conditions still apply to all sales.
- Grinning Gargoyle Gaming reserves the right to amend, alter or cancel the Promotion at any time.
Important Festive Season Information:
Our suppliers’ warehouses will be closed between 14 December 2023 and 3 January 2024. The last date that we can process orders to receive shipment in time for Christmas is 8 December, so please make sure to place your orders on before that date.
Orders received after 16:00 11 December 2023 for goods that need to be sourced from our suppliers will therefore only be processed in January 2024; taking 5 to 10 business days starting from 3 January.
Our offices will be closed from 20 December 2023 to 3 January 2024. We will continue to ship out items that we have in stock until the 20th. These can be found in our Ready to Ship category.
Please also keep in mind that the courier companies are extremely busy during this time, and orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control.
